Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or expected completion) from a recognised institution, with a strong academic record (equivalent to ≥85/100)
- Prior publications in international journals are highly desirable
- Strong programming skills are preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Digital twins
- Computer vision
- Robotics
- Large language models (LLMs)
- Meet Monash PhD English language requirements (e.g. IELTS overall 6.5 with no band below 6.0)
